Reply January twelve, 2016, 10:02 am Lauren Hey I just had a question, just some advice to complete the right thing, I live in Vegas and I work at a station casino, there this safety guard I been eyeing for that past number of months, I told myself never to tell him that I liked him but to the other hand I assumed take a risk and see what happens, its been a long time considering that I found a guy that I actually like. Well I told him that I liked him I gave him my number and so he gave me his, that we started chatting for the week or 2 it started out talking about one particular another he told me I used to be beautiful and he wanted to take me over a genuine date, but he always said “just from the matter of when” so I gave it time along with the next thing I know the text messages get less and less and Its less discussion like hey or how will you be just little things like that than he tells me I am not looking for any relationship I been single for 2 years its my choice so I just told him I wasn’t looking but just wanted an opportunity, I'm I gonna get that atleast and he says ya just the matter of when.

I really, really don’t understand.. its my first time having a crush on someone and honestly it hurts more than it makes me happy.



Anxiety of rejection is a major thing for guys, Particularly when they are in public. It takes lots of boldness for a guy to put himself in a position to become publicly rejected.

I’m not the type who quickly falls in love but its been five months considering the fact that we became friends and I’m so in love with him. He once told me he received really hurt in his past relationship but honestly I’m not that kind of girl. we normally text each other and meet up sosometimes. I also see him updating Facebook statuses saying he is not looking for love and always calling girls bitches.

Another clear form of body language is when he comes up and stands very close to you (often in a very bar) or sits incredibly close to you personally (often on a date).


Furthermore, this says a great deal about his intelligence. As human beings, we have many sides and shades within us that we offer towards the world and he knows that. Asking questions is his way of attempting to know the real you.

So I made a decision to withdraw, but was wanting to remain friendly (we work together). And now he is apparently punishing me for my withdrawal…? I don’t know really…

I know this man and we were extremely close but he received upset with me over reading some old conversation and even though he never committed ,we really had a strong liking to each other.

Be heat and friendly to him and find out if he relaxes a little. He could be braver with his phone in real life, but that doesn't mean he doesn't like you!
